Was it a gift and you didn’t quite get it right? Don’t worry, we have the perfect solution. You have up to 30 DAYS TO GET A REFUND from the day you received you order.
You can ask for your refund from your Watchalia user account on the section «Refunds».
In order for us to accept the refund, the watch must be in mint condition and not have been used.
We will refund you the money as soon as we make sure the watch was not used; we will refund you the complete amount (except for orders below £ 50, to which the £ 2.9 due to shipping costs will not be refunded).
The refund method will be the same as the payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer or Paypal).
